VanVivaha 2026, positioned as the World’s Largest Wedding Expo, is set to bring India’s wedding and celebration ecosystem together under one platform. The two-day event will take place on September 24–25, 2026, at A-DOT, Ambience Island, Gurugram.
The flagship edition will feature 150+ exhibitors and leading brands across a venue spanning more than 1,40,000 sq. ft. The expo will include over 100 curated stalls and more than 70,000 sq. ft. of dedicated exhibition space.
VanVivaha 2026 will combine exhibition, discovery, knowledge-sharing and networking, with the programme featuring 5–7 curated seminars and knowledge sessions, fashion showcases, entertainment and industry interactions. The event is expected to welcome around 2,000–2,500 visitors.
The expo is founded by Tejwannt Singh Lamba and Jasleen Kaur Lamba, with Sarthak Saini and Namhe Singh as Co-founders.
Bringing the Wedding Ecosystem Together
India’s wedding industry has evolved into a diverse ecosystem covering couture, jewellery, beauty, hospitality, destinations, décor, entertainment, travel, technology and luxury lifestyle. However, these segments often operate independently.
VanVivaha aims to bring these categories together, connecting families, wedding planners, brands, hospitality groups, buyers and industry professionals on a single platform for discovery, networking and collaboration.
The expo will bring together the modern Indian wedding ecosystem across four key pillars.
Bridal Couture, Jewellery and Beauty will cover bridal and groom wear, trousseau, styling and jewellery.
Wedding Planning, Hospitality and Destinations will include wedding planners, hotels and resorts, venues, destination management companies and tourism boards.
Celebration, Décor and Experiences will feature décor, entertainment, artists, culinary experiences, mixology, special effects and guest experiences.
The fourth pillar, Luxury Lifestyle, Travel and Wedding Innovation, will bring together luxury travel, cars, yachts and charters, photography and films, technology and invitations.
Together, the four pillars aim to provide a 360-degree representation of India’s wedding and celebration ecosystem.
The ‘Wedding Forest’ Concept
The concept of “Wedding Forest” reflects the philosophy behind VanVivaha. While “Van” means forest and “Vivaha” means wedding, the idea draws a parallel between a forest’s interconnected layers and the many elements that come together to create an Indian wedding.
Traditions, rituals, people, colours, celebrations and experiences form an interconnected ecosystem, much like the different elements of a forest.
The initiative comes as India’s wedding economy continues to expand. According to figures cited in the original release, the Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) projected approximately ₹6.5 lakh crore in business from 46 lakh weddings during the 2025 wedding season. IMARC Group estimates India’s wedding services market at US$32.98 billion in 2025, with the market projected to reach US$92.67 billion by 2034.
The destination-wedding segment is also expected to see significant growth as couples and families increasingly seek premium and experience-led celebrations.
Taking Indian Weddings to the Global Stage
VanVivaha also aims to strengthen India’s position as a global destination for luxury weddings through its larger vision of moving from “Wedding in India” to “Wed in India.”
The platform seeks to connect domestic and international families with Indian wedding planners, destinations, hospitality groups, designers, jewellers, artists, culinary specialists and luxury-service providers.
It will also showcase India’s craftsmanship, culture, cuisine, hospitality and destinations to a global audience.
Tejwannt Singh Lamba, Founder, VanVivaha said, “An Indian wedding is not one event but a hundred stories happening at once, and every one of those stories deserves a stage. VanVivaha is our attempt to bring the entire ecosystem together, the people, brands, destinations, experiences and ideas that shape the modern Indian wedding.”
Sarthak Saini, Co-founder, VanVivaha, said, “The opportunity today is to bring the wedding ecosystem closer together. Hospitality, destinations, planning, entertainment and luxury services are no longer independent parts of a wedding, they are interconnected. VanVivaha creates a space where those connections can translate into meaningful business and experiences.”
Namhe Singh, Co-founder, VanVivaha, said, “Every wedding has its own identity, and that identity is created through hundreds of details. VanVivaha brings the people and brands behind those details together, giving visitors the opportunity to discover new ideas while giving the industry a platform to collaborate and grow.”
With its scale and focus on multiple segments of the wedding industry, VanVivaha 2026 aims to create a common platform for India’s evolving wedding ecosystem, connecting businesses, destinations, brands and professionals while highlighting the country’s growing influence in the global luxury wedding market.
