The legendary former NBA player Michael Jordan is reported to have ushered in this summer season in Greece, choosing the Cyclades as his latest holiday destination.
According to local reports, he has been spending his vacation in Mykonos aboard his 75-metre superyacht M’Brace, accompanied by a 25-person entourage. He was reportedly seen relaxing on deck, taking in the island’s well-known sunset as the vessel lay anchored in the Aegean.
The yacht itself, built in 2018 by the renowned Dutch shipyard Amels, is described as a floating example of contemporary maritime luxury. Featuring an aluminium interior, it offers eight cabins accommodating up to 12 guests, supported by a crew of 24. Its amenities are said to include a swimming pool, gym, nightclub, jacuzzi, cinema, a basketball court, and an array of water toys.
Particularly noted is a submerged lounge area fitted with panoramic glass windows, allowing for underwater views while at sea. Registered in the Cayman Islands, the M’Brace is considered among the most luxurious superyachts cruising the Mediterranean, with its value estimated at around 100 million euros, while construction costs reportedly exceeded 90 million euros.
It is also understood that the yacht is available for charter at approximately 1 million euros per week during the high season, with annual maintenance costs approaching 10 million euros. Reports suggest that the vessel is expected to continue its Aegean itinerary, with further stops planned across the Cyclades.
