This year the Poles at Viko Yachts are preparing to make a quantum leap with the new Stratos 43, a low-cost cruising boat but with an Italian heart. Born from a collaboration with Studio Cossutti-Ganz Yacht Design, this will be the first boat over 10 meters from the Polish shipyard, which is thus set to compete with the most important European brands and beyond. Looking at the first renderings of Stratos 43 we can see a modern look of the hull, with an inverted bow, integrated delphiniera, and a double edge, one of which is positioned at the top, near the foresail. GTX6
/ Elan Yachts
Elan GT6, where GT stands for Gran Turismo, is a workhorse of the Slovenian shipyard, and it brings with it a bit of automotive design: it’s that of Porsche (Studio F.A. Porsche), which together with designer Rob Humphreys created this unique boat. A few years after its launch Elan decided to launch the GT6 Explorer, a blue water evolution of the original design, with an additional forestay and increased energy range.
