Boutique Monaco Brokerage Patrick Marine Yachts ” A Family Office of Yachting”. Patrick Marine Yachts brings a boutique, owner-led approach to new build, brokerage and charter with personal access at its core.
Monaco’s yachting scene is defined by glittering debuts, blue-chip shipyards and big-name brokerages. Cutting through that noise is Patrick Marine Yachts, a boutique brokerage house built on personal access and meticulous service. Founder and Monaco resident Patrick (Polish born, Warsaw-honed) entered yachting in 2008 after a career in luxury goods and premium real estate. What began with small powerboats evolved step by step into an international client practice. He sold his first yacht in Monaco in 2015, and in 2025 he formalised a Monaco-based company and office to anchor the brand permanently in the Principality.
With sold more than 150 boats and yachts today, Patrick Marine Yachts focuses on three pillars — new build, brokerage and charter — run with the intimacy of a “family office” model: small, highly available and owner-led. Patrick remains personally involved in every mandate, supported by a lean team and an extended network of surveyors, managers and shipyard relationships from the Netherlands and Germany to Italy and Turkey.
Memberships and tools matter in this world. Patrick is a member of the Yacht Club de Monaco and participates in leading professional bodies including ECPY, Charter Yacht broker associations, IYBA and the International Superyacht Society. On the tech side he leverages Yachtfolio and YATCO other professional broker ecosystems to keep listings — over 3,000 vetted yachts — accurate and charter options current. Charter is a standout strength. The company has run charters for over seven years, averaging about 70 -80 charter-weeks per year, with the Mediterranean as home ground and growing demand for farther-flung expeditions from Bahamas, Caribbean and Australia and French Polynesia to Antarctica.
