Diamond Club West Coast Names 2026 Board

Los Angeles—The Diamond Club West Coast (DCWC) has announced its 2026 executive board and board of directors.

DCWC has re-elected Kalpesh Jhaveri, who has been a member of the club since 2000, as president for a third term.

Vipul Udani and former secretary Lisa Kim Wiener and will serve as co-vice presidents.

Sean Gamliel will return as treasurer, and Tanya Parikh will serve as secretary.

The organization said it is proud to have two women, Weiner and Parikh, in executive director roles.

Weiner, Parikh, and Gamliel are also members of the Young Diamantaires.

The Young Diamantaires is a community dedicated to uniting and empowering the next generation of diamond and jewelry industry professionals through networking and collaboration and impactful initiatives.   

It began as an informal group in 2016 and transitioned to a nonprofit organization last year.

DCWC has also elected its board of directors, which includes five Young Diamantaires and four women.

The board makeup reflects DCWC’s commitment to fostering the next generation of industry leaders and promoting greater diversity in leadership, the organization said.

Directors are elected for two-year terms.

DCWC’s 2026 board of directors are:
Hala Alam;
Antranig “Tony” Ayvazian;
M. Sam Barkati;
Mervyn Hahn;
Jayesh Kumar Joshi;
Sina Partownavid;
Ruth Raviv;
Devang Shah;
Sanat Shah; and
Yaniv Wolf.

The Control Committee position was also filled, DCWC said.

It is an audit committee for which a minimum of three members are elected for a two-year term, according to the group’s bylaws.

Founded in 1946, DCWC is based in downtown Los Angeles’ jewelry district. It has been an affiliate of the World Federation of Diamond Bourses since 1980.

The club has around 275 members spanning diamond and gemstone dealers, jewelry manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers.
