ALPHERA Financial Services has launched a guide for dealer partners aimed at helping them stock and sell used electric vehicles (EVs) as demand for second-hand EVs continues to grow.

The downloadable guide was developed to provide retailers with the latest news, statistics and market trends, alongside practical guidance designed to help them maximise sales opportunities in the expanding used EV sector.

ALPHERA said the resource was intended to give partners greater confidence when selling used electric vehicles, as retail buyers continue to seek reassurance around issues such as battery health.

Alex Royall, director of ALPHERA Financial Services, said: “For ALPHERA Partners equipped with the right knowledge, used EVs present a genuine opportunity.

“Our new guide is packed with the latest information so they can stock and sell used EVs with confidence.”

He added: “ALPHERA Partners have access to all the resources and expertise of the BMW Group across all areas of motor finance and insurance – and that includes products for used EVs.

“Our new guide outlines the opportunities and challenges that used EVs present, to enable Partners to maximise sales and revenue ahead of the opposition.”

The guide is available through ALPHERA’s online Partner Hub.
