BMW MINI Countryman C
Luxury carmaker BMW launched the all-new MINI Countryman C in the Indian market. Priced at an introductory ₹47.5 lakh (ex-showroom), the premium crossover will be produced at BMW Group’s Chennai facility using the completely knocked down (CKD) route. Bookings for the new model have commenced at authorised dealerships across the country, with customer deliveries expected to begin soon.
Mercedes-Benz S-Class
Mercedes-Benz has launched the new S-Class in the Indian market at a starting price of ₹2.20 crore (ex-showroom), marking the debut of the plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) in the country. Introduced as the S 450 e Launch Edition, the luxury sedan features more than 2,700 new or revised components. Bookings for the sedan are now open, with deliveries scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026. The S 450 e combines a 3.0-litre six-cylinder petrol engine with an electric motor and a 22 kWh battery pack.
Citroën e-C3X
Citroën India has launched the updated Citroën e-C3X at a starting price of ₹10.25 lakh (ex-showroom), making it ₹1.74 lakh more affordable than its predecessor. The company has also introduced a Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) option, which lowers the initial purchase price to ₹6.89 lakh, while a battery rental charge of ₹2.26 per kilometre applies separately.
Bookings are now open through authorised dealerships and the company’s official website. The e-C3X is available in three variants – Live, Live (O) and Shine – and six colour options, including Polar White, Steel Grey, Cosmo Blue, Perla Nera Black, Garnet Red and Deep Forest Green.
Kawasaki Ninja 500
Kawasaki has launched the 2026 version of the Kawasaki Ninja 500 in India at an ex-showroom price of ₹5.76 lakh. The updated motorcycle now complies with the latest fuel regulations by supporting E20 fuel compatibility. Apart from this upgrade, Kawasaki has also introduced the Lime Green paint scheme for the Ninja 500.
Ampere Reo VYB electric scooter
Greaves Electric Mobility’s electric two-wheeler brand, Ampere, has launched the new Ampere Reo VYB. The low-speed electric scooter aimed at urban commuters and first-time EV buyers. Designed for convenient everyday travel, the scooter is being offered at an introductory price of ₹69,499 (ex-showroom). The Reo VYB is available in four colour options: Warm White, Pastel Purple, Dark Grey and Aqua Metallic.
