When Dahl Automotive first started selling cars back in 1911, roads looked entirely different in America. Horses and buggies still ruled the streets, dirt roads were the norm, and the Ford Model T was a luxury item.
When you bought a car back then, you got the keys and a driving lesson because nobody really understood how to operate the motorized machines yet. Fast forward 115 years, and that same family business is still selling cars and teaching people about the latest technological advances in automobiles. And on Tuesday the company announced its arrival in Rochester.

Andrew Dahl, President and CEO of Dahl Automotive, said: “Rochester is a great fit within our strategic plan to grow in mid-sized markets where we can make a positive impact in the community and through exceptional guest experiences.”
Dahl Automotive announced Tuesday that it has officially acquired two major local dealerships from the Happy Auto Group.

The Hyundai and Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram locations right along Highway 52, have already been rebranded as Dahl Hyundai Rochester and Dahl Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Rochester.
