Two arrests were made and dozens of offences identified last month.
Further offences were detected after police examined CCTV images, social media posts and dashcam footage.
Manson said: “The serious disorder witnessed at the event last month will not be accepted.
“Drivers selfishly put others at risk by carrying out dangerous manoeuvres within the car park.”
He added: “Officers stopped each car on the way out of the car park and drivers were identified and captured on body-worn video.
“While they may have thought there would be no repercussions a team of officers have reviewed footage of the event and identified the vehicles involved in the more serious offences.”
Manson said the majority of drivers at the meeting had behaved.
