A new central agency has been announced on the 41.8-metre Ocean King motor yacht Lori, now listed for sale with Ciro Petrucci of Camper & Nicholsons.
The motor yacht is from the Italian yard’s flagship series and is one of two DOGE 400GT yachts designed by Design ALot Studio. Naval architecture is owed to inNave, while her minimalist, contemporary interiors were penned by Margini Architects.
Lori is asking €21,500,000 with VAT paid
The bright main saloon greets guests as they enter the yacht with an open-plan living space featuring full-height, frameless glazing bringing in bounds of natural light and sea views. Cream, warm white, sand and taupe tones are paired with light wood, matte surfaces and natural leather details, creating pretty, light-filled interiors.
Lori accommodates 10 guests across five cabins, including a full-beam owner’s suite positioned on the main deck designed as a private apartment, with a generous cabin, study, extensive wardrobe storage and an en suite.
Guest accommodation is located on the lower deck and comprises two VIP cabins, one double cabin and one twin cabin, each continuing the same contemporary palette found throughout the main living areas. Meanwhile, there are further quarters for seven crew members.
Al fresco dining space can be enjoyed on the main deck aft, which is arranged as a flexible multi-use space, with modular furniture and twin staircases leading to the upper deck.
Up a level, the upper deck has a dining table for eight guests, flanked by floor-to-ceiling windows for an indoor-outdoor feel. Through the glass double doors, the aft area includes sunpads and lounging space.
The sundeck features a pool and bar, offering another large social space
Closer to the water, Lori‘s stern is one of her most distinctive areas. Here, a large beach club opens with fold-down balconies, creating a generous waterfront terrace directly connected to the sea for swimming, boarding or time spent at anchor.
The yacht for sale is powered by twin MAN engines, capable of reaching a maximum speed of 16 knots and a cruising speed of 13 knots.
