Hotel general manager Stephane Portes said: “The Drumossie Hotel is delighted to welcome Cars and Coffee for their monthly gatherings, bringing together motoring enthusiasts from across the Highlands.

“These events provide a fantastic opportunity for the local community to come together, admire an incredible variety of classic, performance, vintage and modern vehicles, and share a passion for all things automotive. Whether you’re a life-long car enthusiast or simply enjoy seeing an impressive collection of vehicles, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

“We’re proud to provide a welcoming venue where friendships are made, stories are shared, and people with a common interest can meet each month.

“We look forward to continuing our partnership with Cars and Coffee and welcoming familiar faces and new visitors to the hotel for many more successful monthly gatherings.”

The event had to relocate from the Carlton Bingo car park due to high demand with the monthly fixture drawing large crowds of classic cars, sports cars, motorcycles and modern performance vehicles from across the Highlands.

The club described the decision as “incredibly difficult” and thanked staff at the Carlton Bingo for welcoming the event a six-month period following it relocation from Rollerbowl’s car park after the bowling alley closed. It had been there for around eight years.

The monthly event takes place on the second Sunday of every month between 10am and noon as “a quiet social gathering of 20th century classics plus interesting modern cars, sports cars and bikes”.
