Adomos
Adomos, a specialist in customer intelligence, has formalized the acquisition of 100% of the capital of SLS Data. The transaction, paid entirely in cash, strengthens its digital assets. For Adomos, the deal is doubly beneficial: it secures a major data asset as the group gains control of a massive proprietary database comprising over 27 million B2C profiles and 13 million B2B contacts, while providing an immediate boost to earnings. As SLS Data is already profitable, its integration is expected to contribute positively to Adomos’ financial performance as soon as it is consolidated.

Airbus
Airbus and Blackstone could take a stake in the German drone startup Quantum Systems, according to Bloomberg. The company could be valued at 7 billion euros. The funding round currently being prepared is expected to reach 600 million euros. Airbus, Blackstone, and Balderton Capital are reportedly in the running to invest in Quantum, which already counts Peter Thiel among its backers. The precise terms have not yet been finalized, according to Bloomberg.

Bastide
Third-quarter 2025-2026 revenue amounted to 131.5 million euros, up 5.0% on a reported basis and 5.2% on an organic basis, including the temporary adverse impact of the VPH (Vehicles for Disabled Persons) reform on store activity. Revenue for the first nine months of the fiscal year reached 391.9 million euros, an increase of 7.0%, of which 7.2% was organic. The group thus confirms its targets for the 2025-2026 fiscal year: revenue of at least 510 million euros and an operating margin maintained at around 9.0%.

Euroapi
Euroapi has responded to press rumors regarding its Brindisi site. The company, which specializes in the development and manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients, indicated that it is engaged in discussions with potential buyers concerning the future of the site, but that no decision has been made. Euroapi will provide further updates should any transaction materialize.

Invibes Advertising
The advanced technology company specializing in digital advertising recorded revenue of 3.9 million euros in the first quarter of 2026, down 25% in an advertising market still characterized by advertiser caution. At the same time, the group is continuing the development of Fusion, its proprietary generative AI platform. It also announced a change in its governance: Kris Vlaemynck becomes Chairman of the Board, while Nicolas Pollet takes on the role of Managing Director. Both executives will nevertheless retain their roles as co-CEOs.

Ipsen
The pharmaceutical laboratory Ipsen yesterday formalized the resignation of Karen Witts from her position as a director. This departure, effective at the end of the Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday, marks the end of a four-year tenure on the board. To ensure continuity, the Nominations Committee has already launched a recruitment process to find a successor. In the interim, the Board of Directors has appointed Pascal Touchon, an independent director and current member of the Audit Committee, to take the helm of the Audit Committee and join the Remuneration Committee, both on an acting basis.

Vinci
HS2 Ltd has awarded a consortium led by Taylor Woodrow, a subsidiary of Vinci Construction, a 990 million euro contract for the construction of strategic infrastructure for the future British high-speed line HS2. The project involves the construction, near Birmingham, of a maintenance depot for the line’s trains as well as the network’s operational control center.
