Integrity Jets appoints Embraer veteran Breno Correa as managing partner | Corporate Jet Investor

Correa served nine years as Latin America sales vice president for new aircraft at Embraer.

Integrity Jets has appointed Breno Correa as managing partner.

Correa brings two decades of Embraer sales leadership to the fast-growing Austin-based brokerage as it builds on back-to-back years of strong growth.

During his tenure at Embraer, Correa served nine years as Latin America sales vice president for new aircraft and 11 years as worldwide sales vice president for pre-owned aircraft. In a statement to Corporate Jet Investor, Correa said was excited to apply his “experience, relationships, and passion for executive aviation in a more entrepreneurial role.”

Integrity Jets as founded in 2024 by Eric Hammer, who has 35 years of aerospace experience and spent a decade leading pre-owned aircraft sales at Embraer as well.

Correa joins at a moment of rapid expansion. Integrity Jets recorded a 33% year-over-year increase in business in 2025, completing 12 exclusive engagements, up from nine in its first year.

The firm specialises in light and midsize business jet brokerage.
